Who shares the credits?

Credits belong to the hotel. Everyone you invite to that hotel’s team unlocks from the same 25.

I sell for more than one hotel.

Add each one. Every hotel has its own plan, its own area and list, and its own 25 unlocks a month. You switch between them from your account menu.

What if an unlock finds nobody?

The credit goes back to your hotel, and GillisOne looks for the company’s main email so you still have a way in.

Where do the leads come from?

Public sources: company sites and news, contract awards, council agendas, permits, job posts and event calendars. Every reason on a lead links to the page it came from.

Do I need to connect my CRM or guest data?

No. GillisOne reads your hotel’s website and asks a few questions when you set it up. If you like, upload a spreadsheet of the accounts you already sell to and it keeps them off your prospect list.
